I offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai and Sports/Stretch modalities that are blended to help your specific needs. You can add Aromatherapy to your massage to assist in relaxation or uplift your mood. Request the use of Cupping or Gua Sha to help with blood flow and breaking up stuck tissue. My goal is to help restore you to a better you.... mind, body and spirit.

Rocky does a fantastic job of listening to what my needs are each time I come in. She does a wonderful job of adjusting the pressure in each area to my level of comfortability and using the various tools she has when needed depending on what my body needs. I am absolutely loving the stretching and breathing techniques she's added. While it's not always comfortable to stretch my muscles, I always feel better when I leave and looking forward to my next massage with Rocky!
