Jacqueta Rascoe is the sole massage and bodywork practitioner at RRRWC. She takes great pride and joy in providing personalized wellness experiences designed to relieve pain, reduce stress, and restore your body.

When life has you pulled in a dozen directions — caring for others, managing responsibilities, dealing with changing hormones, or simply trying to keep up — your nervous system stays on high alert. Gentle, intentional touch helps switch that off. It quiets the stress response, lowers the hormones that keep you feeling tense or overwhelmed, and brings your body back into a calmer, more balanced state.

This kind of nurturing touch also encourages your body to release the natural “feel‑good” chemicals that help you feel emotionally steady and supported. It’s the kind of comfort that words alone can’t provide — a sense of being cared for without having to explain anything or hold anything together. For many women in midlife, that experience is rare, and it’s deeply healing.

Please Note: Relax/Relief Massages can be customized for sports massage, pregnancy massage, and varying pressure preferences. I don't charge a different fee for those modalities - simply select Relax/Relief for 60/90 minutes and I will accomodate to fit your needs.
