He specializes in Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Active Release Techniques (ART), and other advanced bodywork modalities.

R.O.Y Therapy takes a clinical approach to care by thoroughly assessing the body and identifying muscular, structural imbalances and distortions. Each session is designed with targeted treatment techniques aimed at breaking down adhesions, restoring proper function, and helping clients recover as close to optimal movement and performance as possible.
