About Roots of Intention Studios

Roots of Intention Studios is a therapeutic wellness studio dedicated to supporting the body’s natural ability to heal, restore, and rebalance in a calm and nurturing environment.

Each session is thoughtfully customized by licensed massage therapist Elizabeth Rivera, bringing over a decade of clinical bodywork experience. Treatments integrate advanced therapeutic techniques, recovery tools, and restorative spa elements to address both the symptoms of discomfort and the underlying patterns contributing to pain or dysfunction.

At Roots of Intention, care is guided by intention, clinical understanding, and a deep respect for the body’s natural rhythm of healing.

Been going to Liz for several years twice a month and been getting massages in general for over a decade pretty regularly. Liz is the peak professional to work with as it relates to skill and professionalism, with her help I am able to effectively mange chronic wrist tendonitis to the point where i don't have flare ups anymore while when before I was have bed enough flareups 2 to 3 days a week. I can play tennis and golf whenever without issues, along with her treating sporadic soreness and pain elsewhere as it crops up. Can't recommend her enough, she works hard so her clients cant live their best life.
