I am so thankful I met Kenna. She has so much knowledge not just of massage therapy, but also of fitness and health, which tie together. She educates me on why I'm hurting, potential adjustments in the gym to minimize continued strain and soreness, and easily adjusts pressure based on what I need. She makes me feel so comfortable that I don't feel any hesitation in speaking up when I need, unlike other therapists I've been too.
