I've been searching for a new MT for several years since my former MT retired. I believe I have found her. This was my best massage in many years. I've been having extreme tension/pain in my upper back/shoulders area, and a good deal of it was gone by the end of my massage. Valerie is very professional, pleasant, and skilled. I was very comfortable and relaxed from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I would highly recommend Prestige Spa & Wellness to anyone needing a relaxing massage or needing help with a specific issue. I am looking forward to returning to continue my therapy.

My session exceeded my expectations. I had a migraine at the time of our session, and I received the most amazing, and attentive session. My whole body hurt, and was very stressed. I received a whole body approach that allowed space for relaxation, decreased pain, and a sense of peace. There was a lot we could have worked on to help me feel better but I enjoyed her trust in me saying i needed to relax and she followed through with that. She is an amazing practitioner and has a very good sense of overall wellness. I would highly recommend!!!!!
