Kayla is trained in cupping therapy, prenatal massage, breast massage, lymphatic massage, face cupping therapy, gua sha, and clinical massage. Kayla continues to learn and grow her skills over the years so that she may in turn provide quality health for her clients.

Phenomenal! I have been to probably 12 massage therapists in the last 4 years and none of them have been able to relieve the pain running down my arm. It's GONE! I have so much range of motion back- now I can slowly work on rebuilding muscle mass. And that's not even all Kayla did. I have a ton of pain relief overall and my stress I carried in my chest is absolutely lowered. 100/10 recommend her to anyone who struggles with upper body stress and tension.
