I’ve been seeing Shae for about two years now, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She is always professional, yet incredibly kind and compassionate, which immediately puts you at ease. You can genuinely tell she loves what she does — every session feels thoughtful, attentive, and tailored to what your body needs that day. She listens carefully, checks in throughout the session, and consistently creates a calm, comfortable environment. I always leave feeling better physically and mentally. If you’re looking for someone who cares about their clients and takes pride in their work, she is wonderful.
