I’ve been seeing Shae for about two years now, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She is always professional, yet incredibly kind and compassionate, which immediately puts you at ease. You can genuinely tell she loves what she does — every session feels thoughtful, attentive, and tailored to what your body needs that day.
She listens carefully, checks in throughout the session, and consistently creates a calm, comfortable environment. I always leave feeling better physically and mentally. If you’re looking for someone who cares about their clients and takes pride in their work, she is wonderful.

Shae is AMAZING! Professional, sweet and has fine tuned her craft. I walked out of their feeling like a million bucks. And she works with the VA community care for Veterans which is a win win for me :)
