I recently had a client voice her concern to me that she was "forced" to pay for her appointment online.  She did so ONLY because she knew me... and stated that had she not known me or not ever had a massage with me, she probably would not have booked the appointment due to being forced to pay first.  This is concerning to me, as I do not want to be losing potential new clients because they are being forced to pay online.
