Hi! I’m Paula, licensed massage therapist and the hands behind Paula’s Massage Magic here in Brentwood, TN! I specialize in therapeutic and pain-relief massage (think deep tissue, trigger point, and some serious relaxation magic). My mission? Helping you feel better where you are at in your body, Walking into my office in pain, and leaving ... feeling the relief ....  Now that's the Real the Magic! That's the Best Reward, for a job welldone!

Whole person Approach ... I listen to you, ask you questions ... on what you tried ... I will Use my experiences, research and continuing education to find the underlying causes of your pain. Asking what you were doing when pain first started. How long has it been going on? I'll ask what medicine or supplements are you taking. Create a plan and work within your pain tolerance. It's been a constant learning and researching what works, I keep notes, so we can see the progress. My massage is integrated so, don't worry which type of massage you chose I will do what is needed for you.

 I consider myself a Therapeutic Massage Therapist, not a salon spa massage, I use what I have learned: master classes, techniques and research ... over the years, to help you have Better Quality of Wellness:
