At Paula’s Massage Magic, every session is designed to melt away stress, ease tension, and help you feel renewed—body, mind, and spirit.

Hi, I’m Paula! I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2015, first in Upstate New York and now here in Brentwood, TN. After working 2 years with the talented team at Basic Kneads, I opened my own practice to better serve my community with personalized, one-on-one care.

I’ve had chronic tightness and trigger points in my neck, upper traps, and between my shoulder blades for years, and Paula was able to help tremendously. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and has incredible technique, focusing on problem areas, adjusting pressure as needed, and incorporating red light therapy. She also gives helpful stretch and self-care tips for at home. I highly recommend, and hope to keep coming back regularly!
