Welcome! My name is Stephanie Johnson, and whether you're looking to attain better functionality in your body or just drift away in peaceful relaxation, I'm here to help you achieve your massage goals.

With 13+ years experience and a background and specialization in therapeutic massage, I curate every treatment for each individual. With the use of my postural analysis training, I apply various Swedish, deep tissue, pin and stretch, myofascial release/cupping, and neuromuscular techniques to help the body relax, come back into a parasympathetic state, and reach postural balance in the muscles. I also offer energy healing and reiki as well, which is a great complimentary treatment to massage and on its own.
