Personal Balance Massage Therapy is an independent business owned and operated by Regina Ierardi, Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Educator of Infant Massage. Located inside Salon Camion in Walpole, MA, the the treatment room has been carefully designed to feel like a retreat form the rest of your day. Regina brings that same thoughtful attention to every session, so you can truly relax, restore, and rebalance.

From the moment you walk in, you’ll receive caring, attentive service that feels welcoming and unhurried.  Because at Personal Balance, massage isn’t a luxury for somebodies. It’s essential self-maintenance for every body.

Where Wellness Meets Relaxation

At Personal Balance Regina takes a holistic approach to massage therapy. Serving clients age 14 and up, she goes beyond just targeting sore muscles and aims to create a complete sense of well-being for your mind and body. Her approach can best be described as “Myofascial Swedish.” This unique blend 

• Addresses tightness and restrictions in your fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles. Myofascial Release helps release these restrictions, improving your range of motion and reducing pain.
• Promotes relaxation and stress relief. Swedish massage techniques, known for their long, smooth strokes, help ease muscle tension and melt away stress.
• Creates a personalized experience. Regina listens to your specific needs and tailors each session to address your individual concerns.

IMPORTANT POLICIES

Location: The new Personal Balance Massage Therapy studio is located inside Salon Camion at 801 Main Street, Walpole, MA 02081

Parking: There is a private lot with convenient customer parking clearly marked on the left. Please do not park on the right side of the lot as that is reserved for the upstairs tenant.

Arrivals: Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself a few moments to settle in. For first-time appointments, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for filling out an intake form if you have not already done so electronically. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Please be considerate of other clients' time.

Bookings: Sessions are by appointment only. Appointments should be made 24 hours in advance. Regina is a sole practitioner and unfortunately cannot regularly accommodate walk-ins, but will always fit you in if possible. Please call 617-347-4185 for possible same-day availability. 

Cancellations: If you must cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the session fee. Thank you for your cooperation.

Illness: Please DO NOT come in for a massage if you are sick. Regina will work with you to reschedule for when you are feeling better.

Payments: Payment is due in full at the time of service. You may pay by credit card (you can prepay with card on the website), cash (please bring exact, as Personal Balance cannot always guarantee having change on hand), or Venmo.
