Hello, my name is Shelby. I am a licensed massage therapist with a love for helping people.

I enjoy using my craft to help an individual's quality of life by improving mobility and reducing pain/inflammation. I massage with intention to heal. 

I offer 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions. My strategy is to work with you to design a massage for your body. I offer assisted & functional stretching, hot stones, cold stones, cupping, deep tissue, Swedish, and therapeutic massage.
