every time i visit shelah i feel amazing afterwards!!! she gets to know exactly what’s going on with ur body and treats appropriately. i would highly recommend shelah for any type of massage therapy but especially Deep Tissue/Myofascial Release and/or neuromuscular Trigger point!!!
