Hi, I’m Usha Jha — Licensed Massage Therapist, Craniosacral Therapist, and Distance Healing from the Core® Practitioner.

I live in Houston, Texas with my beloved family, and my journey into healing work is deeply personal. I’m a proud mother to a courageous son diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis Type 1, Autism, osteoporosis, and cervical spine narrowing at C1–C2. Walking alongside him through these challenges led me to explore every possible way to support his health, comfort, and well-being. This path brought me to massage therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, and ultimately to the healing power of Distance Healing from the Core®. I’ve experienced firsthand the deep relaxation, focus, and transformation that these therapies can bring—and now, I’m here to share that support with you.

Who I Serve

I offer Craniosacral Therapy and Distance Healing from the Core® to adults and children seeking healing—whether you're navigating chronic stress, pain, neurodivergence, or developmental challenges. My work supports:

• Children with Autism, ADD, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences
• Conception, Pregnancy and infants
• Adults managing anxiety, depression, and chronic stress
• Elderly individuals seeking relaxation, pain relief, and improved mobility
• Families of children with special needs who are looking for holistic support

Craniosacral is so gentle, it can be effective for all ages, from new born to elderly.  And with a family-centered approach, I create a calm, welcoming space where each person is seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journey.

My sessions are gentle, non-invasive, and deeply restorative. Craniosacral Therapy supports your nervous system’s ability to self-correct, helping relieve tension and restore natural alignment. I work with the body’s natural rhythms to restore balance, support the nervous system, and create space for deep rest, release, and renewal.

Distance Healing from the Core® is a powerful method that allows you to tune into your inner landscape— even from far away, through Zoom or the phone. As your facilitator, I will guide you to connect with your inner wisdom, ground your energy, and activate your body’s natural healing potential.

More Than Massage

In addition to bodywork, I bring years of experience and training in:

• ABA therapy, special education, and the IEP process
• SSI, Medicaid waivers, guardianship, and special needs trusts
• Transition planning and long-term family support resources

As a LEND (Leadership Education in Autism and Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities) alumna, I’ve been trained to support families navigating complex systems. I’m here not only as a practitioner—but also as a guide, advocate, and companion on your journey.
