About NoNotts Massage

Serving the Happy Valley/Portland Metro area for the last 16 years, we specialize in pain and tension relief massage that doesn't hurt - a relaxing blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point techniques and more that slowly and deeply soothe away the tightness.

Each treatment will be individually tailored for you at every visit. We will listen to what you want to work on, and adjust the massage plan accordingly each time. The massage is about you and your goals, and it's very important to us that you feel heard!

Trinity was great and I’ve been feeling so much better after my massage. She made me feel comfortable since it was new to me and explained well my areas of tension and what contributes to them. She gave me some tips on stretches and exercises as well. It was a great experience!
