I would say to anyone “ you need to book a massage and red light therapy at Neshama. The atmosphere is so full of peace and tranquillity. The staff is so friendly. My therapist was Megan and she is beyond amazing. She worked out all my kinks and knots.My husband had Michael and said his massage was amazing!!! Red light therapy has been a game changer for a knee injury. It feels so much better after my session.” Any time spent at Neshama Wellness Center will be time well spent. After my session I had so much joy, release and peace.

The most beneficial, therapeutic massage I’ve had in years! And delivered by a highly knowledgeable massage therapist! He took his time and was incredibly thorough, courteous, and was the consummate professional. The office is open and airy, so relaxing and very clean. This practice is also very well-run and efficient with reasonable rates for care. I trust them and recommend this practice to anyone!
