Hi there! My name is Casey. I'm the owner and sole massage therapist at Nature's Healing Massage. I fell in love with massage at a young age when I was struggling with constant headaches. To make a long story short after multiple doctors I turned to massage and that is what ultimately fixed me. After that I knew I wanted to be a massage therapist, and that is exactly what I did. I graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 2012 and never looked back. I enjoy helping people feel better and fixing their stubborn muscles. The simple answer is it depends where your body is at. That's why I always do a short consultation before I start your session weather you have been a client for 10 years or your brand new. Your body is different from day to day and the massage needs to reflect that. I also like to let clients know communication is key if you need more or less pressure please let me know this is your session and I want to be the correct pressure for you.
