James is great! I'm delighted to have found such a knowledgeable and skilled massage therapist nearby. He combined a deep pain/posture massage with a relaxation massage, and I walked out of his office feeling better than I had in months. He offered helpful explanations for what he was doing, and also knew when to stay quiet to help me relax. I'm looking forward to continuing to see James semi-regularly while I live in Seattle!
