Whether it is work or personal stress, posture issues, or other health problems causing your pain, it is my goal to preform your favorite massage to fit your needs. Massage activates your parasympathetic system to relieve stress and my hope is to get you moving in the right direction to feeling better or to help you maintain your good health! Great and knowledgeable, this masseuse knew exactly what to do in order to make sure that my back was taken care of after an injury. She was able to even show me where and what she thought specifically was injured and gave me care steps after the fact. Better than going to a doctor in some cases. 10/10 would recommend you give them a visit, and trust me, they do an amazing job.
