Service Received: Prenatal massage recommended 1st and 2nd trimester with Mindy B.
I had a wonderful experience getting my first prenatal massage with Mindy. She was waiting for me a few minutes before my scheduled time. She explained briefly how to get into the bed and the cushions so that I was able to lay on my stomach. That in itself was a dream and extremely comfortable. She explained briefly that she does not focus much on legs which wasn’t an issue for me. She did ask some questions as she started to get to know me a little bit and asked a few times in the beginning if the pressure was okay. When I had to roll onto my back, it was a little bit difficult with being pregnant but she was very helpful and made the process easier by holding the sheet and giving me her hands to grab. Overall I very much enjoyed my experience and would love to come again. I am usually not one to enjoy massages before being pregnant but with how sore I was, it was everything I needed.

I had a very lovely first session with Mindy! I did the 3rd trimester 105 minute massage and body balancing. She was very professional and happy to work with me which is very comforting in a vulnerable position lol. I do plan to come back after baby !

Mindy is very intentional and thoughtful with her massage work. The environment is peaceful and she goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable. She uses a variety of techniques and pressures, and knows just what a postpartum momma needs! Don't hesitate or wait to pamper yourself. You are in great hands with Mindy.

I live in Idaho and came down for my Birthday. I found Mindy on Google from all her reviews and decided a massage sounds great. It was very very relaxing and much needed! I will definitely come back to see her during this pregnancy and that says something considering I live in a different state! Highly recommend you won’t regret it!
