One of the best. Super chill, very experienced, friendly...honestly if you have a bad experience, I would have to argue that it's more on you....they tell you " if I'm doing something you don't like/painful, just let me know" and you can request to have specific areas worked on... I saw Michael, and he was GREAT! I had some problem spots, and i'm veeeery ticklish on my back, so I weill maybe request less spinework haha. But yes, over all, great, friendly relaxing.
