As a Clinical Sports Massage Therapist; it's my job to listen and assist you in your healing process.
The techniques I use are standard neuromusculoskeletal methods: Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy (TPT), sports, scraping, cupping, and deep tissue work.

Amy has a thorough knowledge of each muscle and how best to bring relief. I've been waking up with a sore neck for weeks. Had a massage yesterday and today woke up with my neck feeling good. Amy is professional, her space is clean and relaxing, and she gives one of the best massages I've ever received. I highly recommend her.
