As a Clinical Sports Massage Therapist; it's my job to listen and assist you in your healing process.
The techniques I use are standard neuromusculoskeletal methods: Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy (TPT), sports, scraping, cupping, and deep tissue work.

Amy made the intake process relaxing and comfortable. Amy communicated through the appointment to ensure that my needs and desired objectives were being met. Their experience in the craft was obvious as they worked and their skill was apparent. I appreciated their knowledge and approach from a sports medicine perspective. Amy is friendly and a safe space for trans and autistic people! Overall great experience.
