As a Certified Health & Life Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, and Licensed Massage Therapist with nearly 20 years of experience in the wellness field, I help women reduce stress, reconnect with themselves, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives. 

My primary focus is coaching women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready for a new chapter. Through a blend of coaching, wellness education, body awareness, and mindset work, I help clients build confidence, gain clarity, and create practical, sustainable changes that support their goals and well-being. 

My approach is compassionate, supportive, and grounded. I believe lasting change comes from understanding yourself more deeply and taking small, meaningful steps forward. 

I currently work exclusively with women. While my massage therapy practice is at capacity, I am accepting new coaching clients.
