Overall kindness and knowledge is exceptionally great. They take their time to educate you and really Taylor needs for your specific issues. However I’ve left feeling like I wasn’t heard and some of my main concerns were not addressed or taken care of. It’s a defeating feeling when you leave a service feeling still in discomfort and not heard on specifics
