I’m currently working toward my Sarga Barefoot Massage certification, and one of the final requirements is completing 20 documented certification sessions. Sarga is a style of barefoot massage that uses a specially designed fabric strap attached to the massage table. The strap allows me to create gentle tension while applying slow, broad pressure with my feet. Instead of relying on body weight alone, I can combine gravity with the support of the strap to work at different angles, creating a unique myofascial experience that isn’t possible with traditional massage techniques.
