About Massage By Tia

My passion for understanding how the body functions began when I started bodybuilding. As I delved deeper into the world of competition, my fascination with the muscular system grew. During that time, I began receiving deep tissue massages to help my body recover from intense weight training. Although I no longer compete, my interest in massage therapy has only deepened, along with a commitment to living a holistic lifestyle that supports both physical and emotional wellness. With over half of my life dedicated to health and wellness, I’ve learned that becoming the best version of myself requires time for rest, recovery, and relaxation. I bring that same philosophy to my practice, always striving to provide clients with a relaxing and restorative experience.
