About Holly Sterner LMT

Hello! I am a Kentucky transplant now rooted here in Jacksonville since 2017. My passion is everything “massage” and overall well-being of one self. I would describe my massage technique as therapeutically well rounded with a soothing & gentle touch. I am well versed in Therapeutic massage, Sports massage, and Prenatal massage. I graduated from massage school in 2013 from Spencerian College, in Louisville, Ky. While living in Kentucky, I worked with the University of Louisville's Swim and Football teams offering Sports & Therapeutic Massage. In my spare time, i spend as much of it playing in my garden and also enjoys sitting on the shoreline with my fishing pole in hand. MA85319 MM45735

Holly is excellent whether your goal is to relax/unwind or need her to work on a specific tense muscle or trouble area. She truly listens to what your body needs and adjusts the pressure and technique perfectly. I have been coming for over a year now and I always leave feeling so much relief and completely relaxed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and makes the whole experience comfortable and therapeutic!
