According to Ayurvedic science, there is an extensive network of energy lines running throughout the body. It is through the massaging and stretching of this network of energy lines that Thai Yoga Massage releases tension. Service Received: Therapeutic Massage with Marile R.
Mar offers the most incredible massage experience I have ever had. She listens to your body so deeply and responds with whatever specific treatments you need in the moment - she has so much wisdom in many areas beyond just massage and incorporates things like cupping, warm stones, assisted stretching, etc so seamlessly in whatever specific combo your body needs. She helped so much with my post partum recovery process and now her care is an integral part of my life. Plus, she is the sweetest gentlest person you will ever meet <3

Service Received: Prenatal/ Postpartum Massage (1821 W Belmont Ave) with Marile R.
I had a prenatal massage with Marile at 35 weeks pregnant, and it was so nice to have a moment just for myself, relax, and connect with my body and my baby. I didn’t want it to end! Thank you, Marile, for such a special experience. Highly recommend!
