Incredible massage experience. I had a lot of soreness and pain prior to getting a massage with Marile! She released a lot of tension in my back and showed me exercises I can do to help my neck and back. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely plan to come back monthly for a massage and do the exercises in the meantime! Thank you!
