About Mama Jane Massage

My name is Liz Martin and I own Mama Jane Massage! I specialize in uterine, fertility, prenatal, labor, postpartum and infant massage and reflexology. Basically I love all things bodywork as it relates to pregnancy, birth, postpartum, babies and uteruses! While a lot of my work focuses on fertility, reproductive and perinatal health, I also specialize in deep tissue and neuromuscular massage, especially as it relates to chronic pain or acute injuries in the neck, shoulders, hips and pelvis.

Additionally, we have a fantastic therapist named Quinn who also specializes in prenatal & postpartum bodywork, as well as myofascial release, cupping and one-on-one yoga!

Liz is amazing. The place is lovely, comfortable, quiet & calming. I have seen Liz many times & am always gratefully amazed at her skill, knowledge, & attention. I only had a half hour for my most recent massage, & was surprised at how much even just 30 minutes helped ease my tense, anxious body & mind. Of course if you can, go for 90 minutes - you will be so glad you did. I haven’t yet had the pleasure to work with Quinn, but I love the array of specialized body work options that are offered between the two of them.
