About MT Gabe
  I'm in La Mesa, a simple place working with what I need to delivery a good quality massage, I work with the body, generally slow and methodical. Whether your dealing with aches, pains, stiffness or just need to relax and unwind come on in for a visit and for a bit extra you can add hotstones, cupping or massage gun deep tissue percussion to a session.

  If your dealing with something I may be able to help. My goal with any of my clients is to get them to a point where they don't need to come in, then periodically come in for maintenance or to check in with their body as needed.

  My name is Gabe a Massage Therapist since 2017, Holistic Health Practitioner, trail runner, ultra-runner, Navy veteran and grandpa.

Gabe was very professional, provided a great massage and worked out tight and painful areas, he has a n office space that makes you feel like your comfort and physical improvement is important. His space is simple, clean, professional, and is just what he needs to provide a great massage. It’s not fancy, but you will walk out feeling better.
