About MT Gabe
  I'm in La Mesa, a simple place working with what I need to delivery a good quality massage, I work with the body, generally slow and methodical. Whether your dealing with aches, pains, stiffness or just need to relax and unwind come on in for a visit and for a bit extra you can add hotstones, cupping or massage gun deep tissue percussion to a session.

  If your dealing with something I may be able to help. My goal with any of my clients is to get them to a point where they don't need to come in, then periodically come in for maintenance or to check in with their body as needed.

  My name is Gabe a Massage Therapist since 2017, Holistic Health Practitioner, trail runner, ultra-runner, Navy veteran and grandpa.

I had a wonderful session with Gabe. He was able to address my problem areas, and had a very nice flow while maintaining a firm but also gentle pressure. He was also very professional and courteous. I felt so relaxed and in less pain when I left. Looking forward to my next session!

Went to Gabe while on the West Coast visiting my daughter. She knows how much I struggle to find a massage therapist who can help with my neck and sinus issues, and she highly recommended that I try him. She was right, it was an all-around wonderful experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, and Gabe is very communicative - he really listened to me and focused on my problem areas with the right amount of pressure. If I didn't live across the country I would go back regularly!
