I specialize Post Op Care utilizing Vodder Methods on first stage of Recovery integrating Red Light Therapy, cupping and vibration. Also do swelling reduction for lymphedema and lipedema utilizing Vodder methods of Manual Lymphatic Drainage as a potent tool to decongest stagnant interstitial fluid in the tissue due to compromised lymphatic system; chronic venous insufficiency, surgeries, medications or genetics (lipedema).

 My number one goal is to provide you the best treatment you deserve. But my top priority is your  wellness. This is the reason, I require a complete detailed intake specially your medical history. to ensure the proper treatment for our clients. We may refer you to your physician or request a doctor's clearance specially for lymphatic session. 

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I believe that in treating muscles pain, muscles treatment should be gentle and not rushed in order to give the muscles time  to calm down and allow them to receive the treatment.  Muscles treatment involves the activation of parasympathetic system so your muscles relax and accept the treatment . That being said, gentle touch is first introduce to send the message to the Nervous System to receive the treatment. When the message is successfully received, your muscles will then relax and ready to receive the treatment. Then, pressure is progressively increases to specifically target congested areas while joints movement and stretches are integrated to gradually return mobility during your treatment process. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking and Prepayment Terms Policy.  

Lunas Masahe requires your card on file to pre-book an appointment with us. You will not be charged until the day of your appointment. Prepayment is recommended to speed up the process of your session and get the full time of your session.  You can complete this online or call our office at (512( 817-3008 from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm.  You may visit our site or call to proceed with your payment/

Same day Bookings/Rescheduling Policy

 Lunas Masahe requires 4-12 hours ahead of time to book your session.  Must be 24 hours ahead to reschedule to avoid any penalty.  In sickness and emergency case that is valid, a penalty will be waived.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:  

Same-day cancellation is non-refundable. You may call or text (512)817-3008 if you have further questions.  Cancellation for online Prepaid session without notifying Lunas Masahe more than 5 days is nonrefundable. You must call, text or email us before 5 days to request your refund.

To receive a full refund for a Series/Package purchased

12-hour advance notice is required. Cancellation in 24hrs will keep 50% of your payment. Notice more than 24 hours, especially with consumed sessions is eligible for cancellation but nonrefundable. MLD/BLD/POST-OP Series/Package expires in 6 months.  

No- calls or No-shows 

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”, the forfeiture prepayment amount will be 100%.

 We will not accept any phone calls or text cancellations for this type of transaction.

Due to a limited schedule, 24hrs cancellation is required to be eligible for a 100% refund before your scheduled appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. 

* Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers. 

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Massages membership monthly payments are automatically debited from the member’s registered credit/debit card within 12 Months of the Contract. The payment is debited monthly on the same day of each month as the first payment (this is the sign-up date). The monthly charges will continue automatically until the termination of the membership. The member must remain active within 12-month terms, any declined card will automatically be billed at regular rates. 

Membership Cancellation

A 30 days written notice is required. You may email us 30 days before your next draft. Phone calls or text will not be honored for membership cancellation.
