Welcome to Living Wellness and Health!  If you need help with pain, injuries, and other chronic issues, we are here to help.  We are highly experienced with injuries and chronic pain, and have developed a virtually pain-free way of treating deep tissues and fascia with myofascial release and other techniques.  WE DO NOT USE FIRM PRESSURE!  We do deep tissue massage, but in a way that you do not feel it.  Try us and we know you will be pleased!
