Established in 2014, Nordic Health Massage, Lifelong Bodywork LTD, is a the skilled work of Alexander Van Ness in Shaker Heights, Ohio dedicated to improving health and inspiring happiness in our community, specializing in combat sports recovery, and medical massage. Our mission is to provide medical massage, bodywork, and life coaching to people in all stages of life so they can live more vibrantly with less pain.

Alex was really friendly from the get go. I have many medical problems and I came in with a lot of pain and let with no pain and am still great a few days later. I am not sure if this has ever happened with a massage therapist before. I would highly recommend him.

Service Received: Massage 60m - Standard Series with Alexander V.

After trying to rehab my shoulder with PT, since the approach focused on strength training without relaxing the muscles keeping the more internal muscles inaccessible, I switched to Alex. He worked on my shoulder step by step, slowly getting deeper into the sorest muscles. Now I can engage in strengthening my shoulder. We spent about 3 months, about 1 time every week or two. Alex is a pro. He knows exactly how to undo muscle damage!

I came to Alex because I had some lower back issues due to weight lifting he knew exactly what I was talking about. His place is very comfortable and he makes you feel relaxed. I received a medical massage 60 min and it really helped.I would definitely recommend Alex.
