I’ve been a therapist in the Denton area since 1995, and I never tire of seeing the relief on the face of each client as they emerge from my office feeling revived, rejuvenate, renewed!

All the layers of the body function as a whole, and therefore must be treated as a whole. When your body is stressed beyond its ability to cope, the result is pain, illness and suffering.  Because bodywork has a cumulative effect, my intent for you is to reduce the impact of injury and stress through consistent massage & bodywork and the promotion of healthier living. 
 

Each time you come in, we’ll discuss your concerns and tailor the massage to fit your specific needs. With more than 25 years of experience and over 150 hours of continuing education in advanced massage and bodywork techniques, I have found that a combination of techniques promotes the best healing response.
