Larken has been working in massage, bodywork, and wellness for over 10 years. With a B.S. in Kinesiology and training in massage therapy, sports massage, Thai massage, yoga, and a variety of therapeutic techniques, her approach combines an understanding of movement and anatomy with intentional, restorative touch.

Whether you're a Summit County local looking for regular maintenance, recovering after a few too many days on the mountain, or visiting Colorado and simply ready to relax, each session is customized to meet you where you are.

Larken offers customized therapeutic and relaxation massage, Ashiatsu barefoot massage, and specialized work for the head, neck, jaw, face, and scalp. Rather than asking you to choose between a long list of massage techniques, she incorporates the tools that best support your needs—from deep tissue and myofascial work to stretching, cupping, hot stones, and Thai-inspired techniques.

In addition to massage and bodywork, Larken offers private yoga sessions for those looking for a more individualized approach to movement. Sessions can incorporate Vinyasa, breathwork, meditation, hands-on assists, mobility, and one-on-one exploration of poses and sequences.

Whether you're here to move, recover, relax, or simply take better care of yourself, the goal is the same: helping you find a little more balance.
