Knot Bad Massage provides massage, float and waxing services in Bel Air, MD.
We are happy to provide a variety of customized massages tailored for our clients. 

Cancellation Policy

If an appointment is cancelled with a less than 24 hours notice, the 50% deposit or 100% prepayment, that was taken at the time of booking, is forfeited. This policy has been put in place to ensure that our therapists are paid for missed appointments and no shows. If a client no-shows, Knot Bad Massage may require a full deposit for the next session, this is at the discretion of the manager scheduling the appointment.

Membership Cancellations/Missed Appointment Policy
If a member no-shows or late cancels an appointment, a credit from their account will be deducted to cover the missed appointment.

Front desk person was very nice. The waiting room is very pretty. The room was pretty. I wish the music wasn’t recognizable songs (like guitars playing current music). Just water sounds and random calming music with birds or something is better. That’s my only complaint!
