Knot Bad Massage provides massage, float and waxing services in Bel Air, MD.
We are happy to provide a variety of customized massages tailored for our clients. 

Cancellation Policy

If an appointment is cancelled with a less than 24 hours notice, the 50% deposit or 100% prepayment, that was taken at the time of booking, is forfeited. This policy has been put in place to ensure that our therapists are paid for missed appointments and no shows. If a client no-shows, Knot Bad Massage may require a full deposit for the next session, this is at the discretion of the manager scheduling the appointment.

Membership Cancellations/Missed Appointment Policy
If a member no-shows or late cancels an appointment, a credit from their account will be deducted to cover the missed appointment.

I only got about 53 minutes as it was 2:07 when Garrett entered and 3:00 when he ended. Also I felt like he spent a lot of time setting things up from one body part to the next. The massage itself was good but by placing warm towels on feet and neck there was more down time than I am used to. He is very nice and friendly but I will not sign up For him again.
