Benefits of massage: help clear the mind, return back the feeling of 'normal' again with common movements, riding the body of aches/pains. Use of massage can help release tension or knots, increase circulation, assist with more flexibility or mobility lost. 

Try to remember to stay HYDRATED. This can help flush the body of toxins, keep muscles flexible/pliable, decrease bruising (when performing deep tissue massage). Its always best for general health to stay hydrated, have a balanced diet and good adequate sleep.

▪︎To anyone experiencing their first massage, please know its common practice to Always protect your modesty while on the table. With that being said, all services are able to be performed with Client clothed fully/tank tops/sports-bra/undergarments/briefs/boxers/shorts. 

▪︎  It is okay to be completely Undressed under blankets/sheets.

▪︎And Yes, your chest/private areas will ALWAYS remain covered.
 

*Any persons 12-17 years of age will need to have an adult/guardian permission for massages.
