To maintain efficiency and fairness for all clients, we uphold a cancellation policy that requires a 24-hour advance notice for appointment changes. Failure to provide this notice will result in a charge equivalent to the full appointment fee. Additionally, clients who do not attend their scheduled appointments without prior notification will be subject to the same fee.
In the event of a late arrival, sessions may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. Regardless of the duration of the treatment provided, clients are responsible for the full session fee. We kindly ask all clients to respect our therapists' time and the schedules of fellow customers by arriving punctually.
