The Date with Duncan is a way for people to connect with a horse. The sessions will be held in Morris,CT where he lives. We’ll be teaching a little about horse, energy levels, how to BE around horses. There will be opportunities to groom and possibly intergrate with the herd-this depends on the comfort level of the participants. Studies have found a coherent heart pattern to be a solid measure of well-being and consistent with emotional states of peace and joy.
