Rise & Shine First Session Discount

Offer ends Sep 30, 2027
I would like to thank Annie for helping promote my business by giving all of her clients a $20 Discount on their first, 60-minute session with me. I would love to become part of your Self-Care routine by helping you relieve chronic pain, address areas of tension in your body, hold space for you to just relax or whatever your session calls for. I completed a 900 hour Clinical LMT program followed by Thai Massage Certification, Sacred Lomi Lomi (this comes into play when we do a simple relaxation session) JFB Myofascial Release, Myoskeletal Alignment Techiniques, Spa Modalities like mud wraps and scrubs and even Reiki. I use a combo of all my education to tailor each session to the individual client on that specific day. Take advantage of this great discount and let me SHOW you how I can help. Self-Care, starts here.

This combination allows me to adapt each session to meet the specific needs of athletes, active individuals, and anyone seeking recovery, balance, or stress relief.

I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and move with less pain and more freedom. Whether it’s improving mobility, addressing chronic tension, or creating space for d...

I’ve had pain in my back since as long as I can remember and Bambi cleared it up for the first time ever! I’ve been to chiropractors and other massage therapists and no one has come close to the knowledge and integrative healing she provided. I’m deeply grateful for her gift and skills!

I had an amazing experience with Bambi! She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She used a variety of techniques tailored to what I needed, and I left feeling so relaxed and so much better. I already booked my follow-up appointments, I can’t recommend her enough!
