It was everything I needed in a massage! The room was cozy and the table was warm. You could slightly hear the folks in the office next door if they got extra loud. It didn't bother me and it wasn't very loud, but if that's something that would bother you, see if you can request one of the rooms farther in the building at the time of booking- I think only one room shares a wall. Shelby was awesome! Very professional and created a welcoming environment. She did a wonderful job balancing her focus between my injured muscles and walking me through what she was doing to help correct those issues, and providing a classic relaxing massage. She clearly studied my intake form and knew what I wanted to focus on so we could get right to it, but also gave me an opportunity to walk through it verbally to add information to ensure she was focusing on the right areas. Would book again (and probably will)!
