About Jenny Odegard, Registered Massage Therapist
I have been practicing the art of massage for almost 20 years  now, so I have quite a bit of experience helping people to feel better in their bodies through massage and learning specific self care practices. In addition to giving a great massage for regular old stress,  I have training in a variety of methods to help with some specific discomforts, including: 

HEADACHES, WHIPLASH, and TMJ related pain
MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE (post surgical and liposuction)
REPETITIVE STRAIN INJURIES (eg: overuse from typing, running, or biking )
SCAR TISSUE related discomforts, including post surgical, liposuction, and BURN SCARS.

I’ve had two massages so far from Jenny and they were amazing. It was my first time experiencing the Ashiatsu (barefoot) technique. Who knew someone could be so skilled with her feet! It felt amazing! She used just the right pressure for different areas of my body - I like a lot of pressure on my shoulders and neck, but much less pressure on my arms and legs. She got it exactly right! I love having my hands and feet massaged. It's hard to find someone that's actually good at this. Jenny has just the right magic touch. So happy I found her!

There really isn't anything not to like. Jenny is always very professional and listens to what is bothering me and always has information to try to help me feel better. I remember reading someone else stating that they prefer the room darker, and in the past at other offices I preferred it darker than this office too.
