Amazing! Relaxing. Had better range of motion after in shoulders and neck! Plus the red light therapy was a treat (included in the cost). They have a steam room and free shower too!

Ashiatsu with Safiyah is an absolute necessity for me. I work on my feet and find myself hunching over throughout the day in my job. This repetitive deep tissue massage gets to the root quickly, and after she kneads me out like a laminated dough I leave feeling like a new person. Thank you Safiyah for your compassion and dedication to consistency in your work. I love your massages every time!
