To achieve these goals, clients can schedule sessions in 60 or 90 minutes sessions. For our bodywork services we offer: therapeutic massage, deep tissue, prenatal, fertility, hot stone, reflexology, cranial-sacral, sports massage with assisted stretching, and Reiki. Our skincare services include services for aging skin, dry skin, oily or acne-prone skin, and sensitive skin. Additionally, we have acupuncture sessions - you can try an introductory session for 15-minutes, your initial session after that is 90-minutes and all your follow-up sessions are 1-hour. Finally, we offer wellness coaching which are 1-hour sessions you can do in-person or virtually. All our bodywork and skincare services also have add-on options as well! You can add aromatherapy, deep muscle relief, a castor oil pack, or a sugar scrub to your treatment.
We have also partnered with The Relationship Repair Shop to create Intuitive Counseling! Our counseling services include 1-hour sessions for individuals, couples, and families. We have limited in-person appointments but can schedule virtual appointments. We accepts CareFirst insurance as an in-network provider but also accept cash pay and can work with your as an out-of-network provider. Contact us for more information.
