About Integrative Bodywork and Coaching

Integrative Bodywork is a wellness center that customizes each session based on what the client needs. We offer Massage Therapy and Coaching and use a variety of techniques to help achieve your goals, whether for relaxation, chronic pain or emotional balance. We listen to what the client's body is telling us and go from there. A session may include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Acupressure, Stretching and/or Energy Work. An integration of different modalities are used to create a unique experience each session.

We value each session as a sacred experience, where we are honored to participate in your wellness journey.
