Experiencing a massage at integrative bodywork is truly healing in a myriad of ways.
As my body experiences the benefits of massage, I share things with Brigitte and confidence-And I Experience feeling heard. When I left out yesterday to go on my walk, I put my mask on and it’s still had all of the scents of the room and of the oils used during abhyanga massage, it brought back every level of healing that occurs in her space and reminds me how important using every sense to heal can be.
